You receive two full maintenance tune-up visits per year, one in the spring and one in the fall, just before the hot and cold seasons, when you sign up for a 4 Seasons Heating & Cooling maintenance plan membership.
Two visits each year are included in the maintenance plan member service. A full maintenance on the air conditioner will be done, one in the spring and a full maintenance on the furnace in the fall. As long as filters are requested or provided, filters will be changed during maintenance visits.
